About

Therapy- I offer individual therapy for teens and adults. I work with a range of areas including anxiety, depression, gender identity, sexuality, life transitions, grief, behavioral challenges, communication difficulties, and self-esteem. I also work with families, couples, and alternative relationship structures. My goal is to come alongside you to support you and guide you to make changes and gain the self-awareness you desire.

Consulting- I offer leadership trainings and workshops for businesses. I provide help to employers who are looking to improve communication and group dynamics in their workplace through the use of transformational leadership. I do this through a combination of education and group exercises. I take a hands-on approach where I will regularly check-in and continue working with your business so the changes are long lasting. The results can lead to more financial success and improvements in interpersonal relationships.

I received my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary. I completed a certification in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University. When I am not working, I enjoy hiking, spending time with my dog, and finding new coffee shops.

At Clark Consulting and Counseling, I have a commitment to diversity and inclusivity. I believe that every individual deserves to be seen, heard, and valued for who they are.
