What will my first therapy session look like?

It's normal to feel unsure or even nervous about a first session. During the first session I will ask you questions to get to know you better and what your goals for therapy are. I am open to hearing from you about how you're feeling about your first session and we can work through it together.​

What will my first leadership consulting meeting look like?

I will spend time understanding how your business currently works. I will ask questions to better understand what the underlying challenges are in the structure of the business as well as what may be personally affecting employees. I will also spend time talking to employees to hear from them about their own personality traits and communication styles. ​

Do you offer sliding scale rates for therapy?

I have a few low fee slots available for clients who are unable to afford my full fee. There is no guarantee one of these slots will be open. Please reach out to me for details.​

Do you offer online therapy and consultation services?

Yes! Reach out to me so we can talk about setting this up.​​

Do you take insurance?

I do not take insurance. ​I am pleased to offer you a superbill that you can take to your insurance company for reimbursement.

What payment options do you accept?

I accept card, cash, or checks. ​
